How to make your own wellness shot
Today I will be discussing one of my favorite at home remedies....wellness shots! Wellness shots have become more popular in the last year, You will find these little bottles at grocery stores but save the time and trip and make them easily at home!
Organic coconut water- 10 oz
Turmeric- a teaspoon
Lemon- a sliced wedge
Honey- I used bee pollen honey- a tablespoon
Ginger- a tablespoon of grated ginger
Black pepper- a pinch
Blender
Mason Jar
Pour approx. 10oz of coconut water into the blender
Squeeze a lemon wedge into the blender
Add a tablespoon of honey
Add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric
Grate at-least a tablespoon worth of ginger and add it to the ingredients
Add a pinch of black pepper to help absorb the turmeric better
Blend for about 15-20 seconds
Pour the mixture into a mason far
This should be able to make at-least 3-5 wellness shots :)
I like to take about 3 shots a week! I pour the mason jar into a shot glass to get the right amount
