Homemade Wellness Shots

How to make your own wellness shot

Today I will be discussing one of my favorite at home remedies....wellness shots! Wellness shots have become more popular in the last year, You will find these little bottles at grocery stores but save the time and trip and make them easily at home!

Ingredients

  1. Organic coconut water- 10 oz

  2. Turmeric- a teaspoon

  3. Lemon- a sliced wedge

  4. Honey- I used bee pollen honey- a tablespoon

  5. Ginger- a tablespoon of grated ginger

  6. Black pepper- a pinch

  7. Blender

  8. Mason Jar

Instructions

  1. Pour approx. 10oz of coconut water into the blender

  2. Squeeze a lemon wedge into the blender

  3. Add a tablespoon of honey

  4. Add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric

  5. Grate at-least a tablespoon worth of ginger and add it to the ingredients

  6. Add a pinch of black pepper to help absorb the turmeric better

  7. Blend for about 15-20 seconds

  8. Pour the mixture into a mason far

  9. This should be able to make at-least 3-5 wellness shots :)

  10. I like to take about 3 shots a week! I pour the mason jar into a shot glass to get the right amount
